Have you been going through life feeling like there is something more? When no one else is around do you feel complete? If you died today do you know where you would spend eternity? My friend you are not promised tomorrow and you are not reading this by accident. God has a plan for your life.
You can't earn salvation. It's not through good works or going to church. It's through a relationship with Jesus Christ. He wants to be your friend. God won't force you to do anything, He's not like that, He has given you the choice to make.
The Bible says in
Romans 3:23-24
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus" (NKJ)
Romans 6:23
"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." (NKJ)
We are not perfect. We have all sinned. We all fall short. The wages for that sin is death and hell. But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus. You see God loves you. He loves you with an unconditional love. No matter what your past may be. God does not care about your past or what you have done He cares about you. You can come to Him just the way you are. God loved us so much that He gave His only son to die just for you and me.
John 3:16-18
16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."
17 "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved."
18 "He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God." (NKJ)
You see it's not about some formula that gets you to heaven. We are saved by grace. Grace is God's favor and not only does He give us grace but He also gives us mercy. Mercy is God giving us what we don’t deserve.
Do you need a friend? Do you need peace in your life? Today you can receive that. The bible is very clear it says in Romans:
Romans 10:9
"If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." (NKJ)
There is no other way to heaven except through Jesus. So if you want friend that will stick closer than a brother. And you want to receive Jesus into your life today then pray this prayer.
Dear Lord Jesus, I believe that you are the son of God. Please forgive me for my sins and wash my heart lord. Fill me with your spirit I pray. Thank you, in Jesus name, amen
