- All mass transit in New York City will be shut down as of 12:00PM on Saturday, August 27.
- Evacuation orders have been issued for residents in low lying areas by 5:00PM on Saturday.

Awesome God!!!!! Irene had been downgraded into a tropic storm!I pray New York will learn that JESUS is the king of flood! He hears our cry that there are thousands upon thousands who bend their knees to God of Abraham,Isaac and Jacob!
