The Foundation of Prayer
Taught By: Elder John Hernandez

In this class we will be studying why it is important to persevere in prayer and seek God even when it seems that our prayers are not being answered, and our circumstances are not changing. If we do not understand the foundation of prayer we will give up on God.

John Hernandez has attended Times Square Church since 1987. He has been an elder since 1994, and currently oversees the Deaf and Maintenance Ministries. Elder John works in building maintenance and has three children and one grandchild.

In our world today, the meaning of truth is being constantly re-defined. Everything is relative. Truth is no longer absolute. Is this worldview influencing the way you think? David Espinosa works in the Communications Department of Times Square Church as Webmaster, managing its various websites. He attended the Zacharias Trust Summer School in Oxford, England in 2006. One of David’s passions is to provoke believers to think about their faith through the study of God’s Word and Christian apologetics.
