A fast for Prayer in the Square has been
scheduled for the first three days of September.
Services will be held at 7PM in the sanctuary
throughout the fast. Churches who have
registered to attend the event as well as
churches in countries around the world that
will be gathering with us via the live webcast,
are invited to fast with us.
This is the third and final year of Prayer in
the Square. The first year, the purpose was
to establish credibility with the city. People
were stunned by the silence in Times Square.
Passersby bowed their heads and people
in hotels looked out of windows. The sense
of God was undeniable. The second year
established credibility with the church that
this is an event exclusively about prayer, where
no ministry is showcased and no individuals
are highlighted.
