Ministry Profile
The Deaf Ministry is an outreach to the deaf community in the Tri-State area: New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Our desire is to reach the Deaf with the Good News of Jesus Christ so their lives are transformed by the power of God through the Word of God.  We also desire to see deaf believers become mature in their Christian walk and find the will of God for their lives.

We provide interpretation of our weekly services in American Sign Language (ASL) for adults, teenagers, children, and also deaf people of all ages with special needs (i.e. deaf-blind and limited language skills).

American Sign Language interpretation is available during the Sunday 6:00PM and Tuesday 7:00PM services. Simultaneous interpretation of the Sunday 10:00PM service will be available for visitors only. Bible Study: 3:00PM Sunday, room 203.

Ministry Events

	South Street Seaport Outreach in August
	Recreational Activities (ice skating, bowling, and other community involved activities)
	Minister to deaf children and adults with special needs (Sundays, 11AM)
	Weekly Bible study at Tanya Towers (Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00PM)

Meeting Times & Locations

Involvement Requirements

	Minimum six (6) months attending Times Square Church
	Knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL)
	Attend Ministry and prayer meetings
	Attend at least two (2) church services per week, and serve at least twice a week.
