Ministry Profile
The heart of the Lawyers Fellowship Group (LFG) is to provide legal referral services to individuals who call Times Square Church their home. Individuals needing legal assistance must be referred to the LFG by a leader of a ministry that he or she is involved in. In the course of our work on a case, LFG members seek to assist the individual in articulating the issues and obtaining the relief that is sought. Once a case has been completed, the LFG may do 'follow-up' work on the case to ensure that the individual involved reaches a satisfactory resolution in the matter. From time to time, LFG may re-open a case due to a change in the individual's circumstances.

Ministry Events
The LFG from time to time presents workshops on legal topics that may be of interest to the Times Square Church congregation. The topics covered in past workshops included tenant rights, immigration laws, sub-prime mortgages and consumer credit and debt issues.

Meeting Times & Locations

Involvement Requirements

	Regular attendance at Times Square Church for a minimum of one (1) year
	License to practice law (US or Foreign) or US of foreign law school graduate
	A Christ minded spirit and a desire to serve others
	Attendance of the monthly fellowship meeting and one other meeting per month
