Ministry Profile
The Military Ministry serves active duty personnel, veterans, and military families in: prayer, support, PTSD help, military family assistance, veteran’s hospital visitation, and fellowships of returning soldiers and veterans.
Countless soldiers, returning from battle, have suffered from what is now called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), caused by exposure to constant traumatic events. In 1 Samuel 30, when David and his men returned from battle and found their city ransacked and families kidnapped, they experienced full-blown PTSD. Healing came as David sought the Lord in prayer and then stepped out with God’s anointing to help his men recover everything.
This is the heart of the Military Ministry. One by one we will encounter wounded warriors and allow God’s love to bring healing. Isaiah 41:13 “For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.”
Mobilize to Serve
This branch of the Military Ministry invites veterans, active and former law enforcement officers, and fire fighters to serve in various capacities that include: disaster relief, veteran and military family assistance, local construction, and BrickThink projects. Mobilize to Serve will rekindle the heart to serve and renew a sense of honor and purpose.
