Who we serve Orphans What our ministry provides Housing, food, evangelism, discipleship How we support The Eunice Brown Home for Children was established in 2002 under the leadership of Lasma Balyuk, a young pastor’s wife and English teacher in the Western Ukraine. After much initial red-tape and obstacles, the government licensed the orphanage to receive children with the provision that when a child comes into the home, they may not be adopted and will remain under the guardianship of the home until they are eighteen. The stability this provides gives the children the opportunity to develop into disciples for Christ. We believe these young people will be the future leaders of not only the churches, but the government as well. They are nurtured, supported and raised up in the Lord and given every opportunity for the best education. The home has the capacity for 20 children and takes in all ages, from newborns through teenagers. |
