Pastor Carter Conlon is Senior Pastor of Times Square Church. Following a successful career in law enforcement, Pastor Carter founded a church, a Christian school, and a food bank east of Ottawa, Canada. He joined the pastoral staff of Times Square Church in 1994 at the invitation of founding pastor, David Wilkerson, and was appointed senior pastor in 2001.

Pastor Carter is a voice for God beyond the pulpit of Times Square Church at conferences throughout the world. “It’s Time to Pray,” Pastor Carter’s one-minute devotionals calling our nation to pray and seek God are currently syndicated in over 300 Christian radio stations worldwide. His weekly program, “A Call to the Nation” launched in February 2017 and is aired by Christian radio stations nationwide. He is the author of several books including “The 180 Degree Christian,” “Fear Not” and “Unshakable.”

A long-time student of revival, Pastor Carter would have no greater joy than to see the Church of Jesus Christ walking in the fullness of strength and purpose which is available to all who long to glorify Him. He and his wife, Teresa, have three children and eight grandchildren.

Pastor Patrick Pierre Pastor Patrick Pierre

Pastor Patrick Pierre is an associate pastor at Times Square Church and director of the counseling ministry and oversees the youth and young adults ministries.

Having been discipled in the Times Square Church young adults ministry himself while in college, Pastor Patrick has proven to be a faithful, passionate minister of God’s heart. Through the uncompromised teaching of the scriptures, Pastor Patrick is provoking and equipping young people to make a lasting impact in this generation.

Pastor William Carrol Pastor William Carrol

Pastor William Carrol is an associate pastor and longtime “spiritual son” of the Times Square Church family. Shortly after his salvation, Pastor David Wilkerson, recognized the strong call of God on his life and sent him to Bible college and seminary for ministerial training.

While completing his studies, Pastor William served as a co-pastor and later as senior pastor of Denver Fellowship in Colorado. He holds a masters degree in philosophy of religion. In 2005, Pastor William was invited to “come home” and serve on the pastoral staff of Times Square Church.

Pastor Teresa Conlon Pastor Teresa Conlon

Pastor Teresa Conlon is an associate pastor at Times Square Church and oversees the Women’s Ministry. She has served as president of Summit International School of Ministry, the Times Square Church Bible school, since the fall of 2010.

Pastor Teresa has had the privilege of speaking internationally for over a decade at leadership conferences and women’s events. She has a passion for the Word of God and is known for speaking directly to the heart through her messages.

Pastor Teresa has an honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Lancaster Bible College as well as a BA in Law and History from Carleton University. She is married to Pastor Carter Conlon. They have three children and eight grandchildren.

Pastor David HamPastor David Ham

David Ham is an associate pastor at Times Square Church where he preaches regularly and oversees the Evangelism ministry.

Pastor David attended Elim Bible Institute and then later graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College with a Bachelors degree in Religion & Philosophy. Since arriving in NYC in 1999, David Ham has preached and ministered through creative arts in partnership with ministries all throughout the tri-state area. For the last 15 years, he has directed outreach programs in Nigeria, Haiti, London, Norway and throughout the United States. For nearly 10 years, Pastor David Ham served as Director of evangelism for Nicky Cruz Outreach. It was an impactful time of discipleship and training young adults for ongoing opportunities in music ministry, evangelism and mission projects with Nicky Cruz.

Pastor David is married to Tara Ham. They have three children Zion, Zéna and Zoe. He passionately acknowledges that his family is his greatest joy in ministry.
