This is a message about Time Square Church and the next thirty years. It is imperative that we become a people who learn to say yes to
God. The eyes of the Lord are going to and fro looking for somebody that He can show Himself strong to. Will you abandon your plans
and your image of yourself and not allow yourself to be hindered by your own sense of smallness? When God opens a door for you will
you go through so that the Kingdom of God can go forward through your life? Say, “Yes”, and God will do the rest.
When a society chooses to obey God they will be blessed, when a society chooses to reject God they will be cursed. God wrote one song about
Himself and the lyrics to this song is, “God is good and His mercy endures forever.” It doesn’t matter how dark the times get if you make the
choice to live for God, your life will be protected and blessed by the hands of a loving Father.
Discouragement comes when we begin to lose courage on our forward journey. Sometimes the journey we have crafted for our future
is partly true and partly fiction. We fall into the theological error of “WhatHowWhen” when we know what God has promised us but we
want to tell him “how” and “when” to do it. In the midst of all our discouragement Jesus still comes and reminds us that He will never
leave us of forsake us. Be encouraged, the plan that God decreed for your life is still unfolding and it will happen in God’s time and in
God made a covenant that we will be His people and He will be our God. He promises to send His Holy Spirit to live inside of us and guide us
on our journey. Sometimes the climate of the fulfilment of His promise is contrary then anything we expected. When we think about God
fulfilling His promise we understand the only way that can happen is when we bear our Cross and have each other’s back in a covenant
community. When God does a work in us he then begins to reach others through us.
God permits what He hates to accomplish that which He loves. God takes no pleasure in our infirmities but He loves the way He
changes us and encourages others through it. God is calling us to search for a deeper healing. He is interested in delivering us from a
complaining spirit, cleansing our heart and healing our soul. Our physical problems are not God’s main focus. The Gospel is His focus.
Sin kills, Hell is real, His kingdom can change you and Jesus is your passport.
We are living in a very confusing time, the lines between right and wrong have never been more blurred in the history of our country. As human
civilization advances so does human corruption. This teaching gives us the tools we need to make moral decisions? As Christians, we are
responsible for knowing when and where God’s value system and the society’s value system part ways. As God’s Temple, we must not be
unequally yoked in our environment, behavior and relationships. Today, God wants to fill you with His presence and His power so you can
represent Him in this city.
God invites us to come and reason with Him so He can give us is heart for all humanity. We cannot bless God and curse people who
God made in His image. The violence we let get a hold of our spirit will consume us. It is so important that we ask God to help us
reason with Him until we agree with His ways. God wants to give us a clean speech so our prayers can be heard and we can cry out
for those who are wrapped in grave clothes. We are called to be of a different spirit and to be a voice of forgiveness and love so we
can push back the darkness. What do people think of Jesus because of you? Does your life carry the fragrance of Christ? It’s time to
reason again and say, “Lord I choose life and love.”
A value system is a set of principles that guide and drive our behavior. History proves that any value system that is independent from God’s
laws results in chaos, confusion and destruction. God places value on obedience to Him. The decisions we make will affect our attitudes,
relations, speech and conduct. If we call Jesus Lord, we must value what He values and obey His commands. When we obey, the supernatural
occurs and the miraculous breaks out. When Jesus speaks, what do you do with it? Will you obey Him? As you obey, you are positioning
yourself for the miraculous.
There is a moment coming to this world where everything that’s manmade and everything that professes to be to be of God will. In
spite of the darkness that will be on the world, there will be a people who are going to sing a song of glory who have an unshakable
ability to worship in these last days. This song cannot be sung if your value system is still in the world. As the land grows darker those
who have Heaven’s value system (which is a value system for souls) those who have Calvary’s Kingdom planted in their heart will
understand God’s keeping power and His willingness to forgive. We must learn to sing and rejoice that we are left on this earth for the
sake of the people who need to know God.
The Glory of God reigns supreme over the world. God will show up in a dark fearful time and reveal His glory. When the eyes of our heart are truly
opened by the glory of God we will be emboldened and empowered to know and believe our God reigns over all the chaos and darkness. When
the glory of God touches our heart, we will be deeply moved to evangelize the world.
If we are not careful with the things of God something in our heart can close off to who Jesus is and what His purpose is or our lives.
Don’t be caught blind in this generation because you crafted another Jesus in your heart. Do we have the courage to humble ourselves
and say God our ways are not your ways? We won’t see the real Jesus unless we say blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord.
When we open our heart to what He wants for our life, Jesus will shine through you in the darkness.
Unity is important and imperative, yet within the body of Christ there is diversity. God calls diverse people to become one family. There is strength
in unity. If we are united there is not a single thing that will be left undone. Every one of us has a specific call to serve, it is a special and unique
call and your contribution is vital to the Kingdom of God and the body of Christ. Dare to believe God can use you and do everything to honor and
Don’t be deceived into to thinking you can have the worship of God and have your sin too. You humiliated the devil the day you came
to Christ and Jesus made an open display against the powers of darkness but now your mortally wounded by an enemy you let live
and you sit in the House of God disguising your sin. It’s time to get to higher ground and move to where the Cross is. Today, humble
yourself, pull of your disguise and the Lord will receive your prayer and shame the devil. Today don’t reject the voice of God lest your
compromise swallow you up.
Offenses come to all of us. How do we handle offenses and what do we do with the pain? Hurt and pain are an indicator that something is
wrong, and if not dealt with in a healthy way it will manifests itself in an unhealthy way. Forgiveness is not optional. It is a commandment and
there is no limit to the times we are to forgive. To forgive is to stop requiring payment for their sin, we give up resentment and choose not to hold
the sin against them. Will you live in the bondage of bitterness or the freedom of forgiveness? Forgiveness is not east but it’s right.
Have you ever been disappointed in God? Are you among those sitting in the house of God feeling a little outside of it all, wondering
if your relationship with God could ever be the way it once was? In these seasons we are prone to make the mistakes.
Discouragement and bitterness against God come into the heart when the plan doesn’t move forward like we thought it should move
forward. Your plans may have amounted to nothing but God’s plan is still ongoing and God’s plan is the best plan of all. God hasn’t
written you off, He has not forgotten you and the best for your life is yet to come. Today, if you are hungry and thirsty come home to
God always saves the best for last. Do you trust God enough to wait for the greater glory? It’s important to wait on God in faith and to trust Him
when we don’t understand. Jesus wants us to know Him and to want Him more than we want the answer to our prayers. When we wait for God’s
timing the results are better than what we want or ask for. In between asking and receiving Jesus wants to have a personal encounter with you.
The Bible encourages us that men ought always to pray and never give up. God has given us an open heaven and He put an arrow
in our hand, that arrow is prayer. Shooting arrows require effort and aim and sometimes we have to shoot in the dark. The important
thing is that we don’t stop shooting the arrows of prayer, trusting that God hears us and He will answer our cry. Prayer does
something in us, through us and for us. Don’t be a spectator in with prayer, get off the fence and lay hold of the victory that you have
in Christ. God is calling His Church to step out of where you are and go deeper into Jesus, deeper into His love and power.
In this teaching, Pastor William draws a correlation between the idea of mercy and grace. Mercy is more focused on the idea of forgiveness and
suggests that we treat each other in a way that correlates to the scripture that encourages those who are strong to bear with the infirmities of
those who are weak. When we choose to immerse ourselves in the needs of others, God gives us a spiritual buoyancy, He lifts us up in ways
that we could never experience if we did not choose to be merciful. It’s a kind of grace that comes from choosing to show mercy.
The destiny and faith of all mankind is found in Jesus Christ. Jesus represents God’s original pattern for man. Jesus should be the
primary focus of our affection and the primary reference point that every aspect of our lives center on. As we fix our gaze on Jesus, He
will cause our faith to raise and we will be strengthened to get through the storms of life.
Rules and relationships are married to one another and sometimes we try to draw an invisible line between them that really shouldn’t be there,
so it is vital to understand how they harmonize with one another through the scriptures. The rules of Christianity reflect who God is and they
serve as an invitation to be like Him, free from darkness. We enter into relationship with God by grace through faith, and we thrive in relationship
with Him through obedience.
God’s attitude toward the world is that He loves He loves us. God’s attitude towards sin is that He hates it. Everyone has sinned and
missed the mark with God. God loves us not because we are loveable but because He is love. You will never realize that you need a
Savior until you understand that you are a sinner. The Good news is that God loved you so much that He sent Jesus to save us from
ourselves. Today, admit you’re a sinner, believe in Jesus and confess Him as Lord of your life.
The Bible is multifaceted and because of what Jesus did for us we are utterly saved. The Holy Spirit takes the truth of God’s Word and
applies it to our life so that there is no room for any lie of the enemy. The Holy Spirit will talk to you about what it means to be saved and take
you deeper into God’s Word so that we are always be learning more and more about Jesus and the assurance of our salvation. As we go
deeper into the Word of God and understand what Jesus has accomplished on the Cross for us, we are protected from being condemned
from the lies of the enemy.
We have all fallen short because of the sin issue. The entire world has received a citation from God and we can’t pay it. Those who God
passionately loves are in a condition that God passionately hates. No man can make himself a Christian, God Sent His Son to die for the
sin of man and only God can make man a Christian. We don’t get good and come to Jesus, we come to Jesus and He gives us His
goodness. Admit you’re a sinner, believe Jesus for forgiveness and freedom and He will fix your sin condition―it’s that simple.
Have you been praying for a long time and has your cry become, “How long Lord?” The most powerful people are praying people. Waiting for
God to fulfill His promises to us is just as important as receiving the answer to our prayers. God is working behind the scenes and when all the
pieces fall into place you are going to be amazed at how He answers your prayers. Victorious prayer begins with those who love the Word of
God and begin to pray the promises back to God.
The distinguishing mark of a Christian and the only true identity and passport we have in the Kingdom of God is the love we have one for
another. The voice of God calls us to a Holy refusal and to come out of places of small fruit. We must rise up and refuse to live in strife
and bitterness and allow the power of God’s love and forgiveness to be evident in the way we deal with one another. God has called us
and He will bless us and make us a blessing by the power of the Holy Spirit.
This teaching is a continuation on Christian Ethics. We are drawing from a biblical perspective on how to conduct our lives. The best words you
will ever hear from the Lord are “well done good and faithful servant.” Do we believe that God’s Word is infallible and are we willing to allow God
to influence every are of our lives so that we come in line with God’s value system? When we have a right attitude of heart God promises to give
us the ability to be accountable for whatever He is calling us to do.
Are you so comfortable in your Christianity that you are unwilling to get uncomfortable for the sake of bringing someone to Jesus? It is
important to press into to Jesus and breakthrough every obstacle not only for ourselves but for those who don’t know Jesus. God wants
to stir up your compassion for others so you can put your faith in action. When you are determined to bring someone to Jesus, faith will
make a way out of no way.
Faith in God sometimes calls us to follow in His way even though we don’t understand how it will all turn out. In this teaching we inspect five
points of faith. Faith follows in His way, accepts His will, invites God to do His work, trusts in His worthiness and holds to His Word. Faith says I
want to do things God’s way because God’s ways are not your ways.
The thief has come to kill your future and family, to steal your joy and hope and to kill your effectiveness on earth. The devil will have
us believe we will always be in pursuit of a victory we will never catch. Today we are reminded that we have been given weaponry in
Christ to pursue the kingdom of darkness and pulldown strongholds. As the Church of Jesus Christ we should stop sniffling and stand
up against Satan because we have a General that is so powerful the mention of His name can fold up the universe. Everyone has a
plan until somebody punches them in the mouth—It’s time to punch the devil in the mouth.
In this teaching, we are developing the idea that if we embrace Christ then we are embraced by the Holy Spirit and it is the Holy Spirit that
defines the concept of victory in Spiritual war. We focus on the Holy Spirit’s ability and power and focus on the fact that the victory is already
ours. We are to be strong in the Lord and recognize the expression of God’s faithfulness through His covenant promises.
When we think of Paradise we think of a wonderful blissful quality of life, void of difficulty and suffering. The truth is the life of a Christian
is a mixture of these two realities: there is absolute joy unspeakable and there is struggle and hardship. The problem with Paradise is
our perception of it. God desires us to prosper through the pain. We must cultivate a life that glorifies God and bring life to others.
Value is the degree you place importance on something. A personal value system is a set of principals or ideals that guide and drive your
behavior. Your personal value system will lead you to consider what is meaningful and important. The value you place on something will
influence your attitude and behavior. God places a value on faithfulness, obedience, loyalty, truthfulness and prayer.
We are living in an age of darkness and without God intervening, this generation will end up hopeless. We are up against a lawlessness
that sets itself against all that is from God. We must never lose sight that the battle we fight is for the souls of men. It doesn’t matter how
difficult life looks when we turn to God in prayer we are empowered to pull down every stronghold. We must take a stand by getting on
our knees to push back the darkness and bring about a season of mercy through prayer.
God wants you to know that you matter to Him and He sees you in the crowd. When we deliberately reach out in faith, completely dependent on
Jesus, He knows it and will send forth His power to heal and deliver you. God desires us to be secure in our identity in Him. In this teaching, we
learn about our position in Christ and the victory He won for us on the Cross.
This message encourages us to know God in the high and holy places but also to know Him as our Father. God gives us the opportunity to
escape religion and enter into the love of Jesus. Religion causes us to focus on self and everything we do wrong. A true relationship with our
Father will cause us to understand even though we may fail God will be faithful to us.
The entirety of spiritual warfare can be summed up in this one truth: be strong in the Lord in the power of His might. The Bible tells us to put on the
Lord Jesus Christ and allow Jesus to immerse us in who He is and what He’s done or us. In this teaching, we learn about the gospel of peace and
how the gospel becomes a weapon against the devil.
The fight is on, as long as we have breath we will experience spiritual warfare. Therefore, we must be found in the secret place of God’s
presence. We are not to be ignorant of the devil’s devices. We must recognize them and resist every scheme through Jesus Christ. In the
heat of the battle don’t withdraw. Stay close to God, call upon His name and cultivate a courageous heart. Trust God and your storm will
become a story.
The best way to approach spiritual warfare is to put the emphasis on the Spirit rather than on the warfare. We must recognize that the nature of the
battle is the Holy Spirit doing what He does not just to keep us alive but to keep us thriving. In this teaching, we will consider the nature of the Holy
Spirit. As we understand who the Holy Spirit is and what He does we will understand we have victory because of the faithfulness of God.
God is not unclear about His expectations for the Christian life. The question is how do we live this out? The answer is to be filled with the Spirit. The
Holy Spirit gives us the discernment and the boldness to confront darkness. We must never shy away from God’s reverence and purity. We are
made to stand through godly friendships as we deepen our worship by singing and declaring the greatness of our God.
Jesus gave His life for us, to cleanse us from all impurity and to be Lord over every area of our lives. When we willfully disobey the revealed
Word of God we will develop a hard heart. Jesus said, “why do you call me Lord when you don’t do what I say?” If you find yourself in a
wilderness of mixture and sin God in His love will cause you to hit a wall. Today, Jesus invites you to surrender the control of your life to the
power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus is either Lord of all or He is not Lord at all.
The church of Jesus Christ began with the promise of a divine enablement to those who would turn from their sin and recognize Jesus
Christ as Savior and Lord. In the last days many will settle for an appearance of godliness and abandon God’s purpose for them on the
earth. We must beware of always learning but never allowing the Holy Spirit to lead us into the purpose and the place where truth will lead
us. In the last day’s the church we will end up where the church began––in the prayer room so that God’s power will be rediscovered. Let
us be a people full of the power of God so we can step into public view and point to Jesus Christ the Savior of the world.
When we understand that spiritual warfare belongs to the Holy Spirit so we won’t get caught up with what the enemy is doing or what we are doing
rather, we embrace what Jesus has already provided for us. When we recognize that God is our strength and when we focus on Him we will get the
There is a unique way a mother comforts her children and God links Himself with the pattern of a mother’s comfort. As we dig deeper into
the meaning of the word “comfort” we learn that when God comforts us as a mother comforts her children, the comfort we receive has
the power to change a heart, change a mind, change our conduct and transform us. Someone once said the heart of a mother is a deep
abyss in whom you will always find forgiveness. God our Father does not just sympathize, He does not leave us the way He finds us, He
transforms us by the power of His comfort and forgiveness.
God doesn’t just know the facts and the figures of your life. He knows things about you that you don’t know about yourself. God speaks to us in a
way that he knows we would understand. God is so amazing and He loves you and knows exactly what you are going through, so you can let go of
everything and let Him take care of every situation in your life.
There is a time in everyone’s life when we feel like we can’t go on. If you are tired and feel like giving up, this teaching will encourage you to stay the
course because there is still a call on your life. In times of difficulty God will lay out a pattern of deliverance to lead us out of a dark season step by
step. In the meantime you can proclaim the Lord’s faithful deliverance.
God is our Father and fathers say, “no.” When God says no it’s not rejection, it’s protection. This is the bad math equation: a tough season
plus an open door doesn’t always mean God wants you to leave a hard place. Stay put and God will give you strength. The one that causes
the wounds can be the very one that heals the wounds when you choose to stay in the difficult places. Many times God’s “no” is a course
It’s imperative to know the voice of God and to recognize the day of His visitation. Prayerlessness is thievery, it robs us of the power we can
receive from being in God’s presence and believing God’s promises. We are living in the day of God’s power, and He is calling His church
back to Himself. It’s vital to get back to the prayer meeting and get out of every place that is weakening our testimony. The strength of God’s
Kingdom is found in the prayer meeting. Will you be a volunteer is the day of God’s power?
This teaching gives a brief overview of our new identity in Christ, in contrast with how the world tends to view identity. Our identity is no longer
determined by education or pedigree, driven by the events of our past or dependent on earthly possessions. We are defined by God’s love and His
